Conventional tubing hanger installation systems require substantial space for reels and workover control systems, taking up precious deck area—but the SWIFT™ submersible wireless installer for tubing control system eliminates the need for all topside equipment and comes with the drillpipe landing string and tubing hanger assembled, tested, and ready for deployment.
With its user-friendly interface, the wireless system can be remotely operated from a laptop and used in either manual or automatic mode. With less equipment and personnel required and its remote functionality, the SWIFT control system provides significant operational benefits while improving HSE, saving time, and reducing costs.
The SWIFT control system can be used with both OneSubsea and third-party tree systems and tubing hangers.

The SWIFT control system features an easy-to-use, customizable user interface
The SWIFT control system can be remotely managed from a laptop, and its customizable human machine interface (HMI) can be tailored to any project. The system can be manually operated or run in automatic mode, reducing the number of clicks during an operation, which in turn reduces the potential for human error. For security, the operational mode is password protected, while the interlocks require an additional password.
Communications
Communication methods for the SWIFT control system can be tailored to the operator and project. Enabled by the battery trickle feature, a simple in-riser electric line can be used for endless time in well. Full wireless communications are also possible using Muzic™ wireless telemetry, acoustic communications, and wired drillpipe.
Flexibility
For operations that require a long time in hole and/or additional control fluid, the SWIFT control system can add battery power or reservoir fluid based on project requirements.
Compact size
The compact size of the SWIFT control system enables the drillpipe landing string to be used as a handling and testing tool for the tubing hanger, and it can be transported in an industry-standard offshore basket. The tubing hanger can be tested and lifted as a single assembly to the drill floor, reducing crane lifts and eliminating critical-path testing.
