Why we created OneSubsea

This new organization brings together deep reservoir domain and engineering design expertise, an extensive field-proven subsea production and processing technology portfolio, world-class manufacturing scale and capabilities, and a comprehensive suite of life-of-field solutions to customers all over the world.

We will help our customers unlock reserves, reduce time to first oil and lower development costs, while simultaneously enabling them to deliver on their emission reduction objectives.

Investor Information

The joint venture is comprised of the subsea businesses of SLB and Aker Solutions. OneSubsea is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and Houston, Texas, with people in all key operating regions around the world. SLB holds a 70% equity stake in the joint venture, with Aker Solutions and Subsea7 holding 20% and 10% respectively.
