Overview

Asset integrity management encompasses the technologies and solutions used to survey critical parts of subsea systems, including design, measurement systems, subsea network infrastructure, and data management and interpretation. The scope encompasses interfacing with subsurface measurements and flow control systems (e.g., intelligent completions) and measurement and control systems from the seabed to the production facility.

Surveillance can be periodic or continuous, distributed or discrete, installed during the construction phase or retrofitted to existing subsea infrastructure. Our asset integrity management strategy is to harness subsurface and subsea core competencies, thus enabling the integration of surveillance from pore to process.

In deepwater subsea developments, surveillance data help you make informed decisions that enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce risk. Our surveillance capabilities include both discrete and distributed measurements of temperature, pressure, strain, vibration, and shape.

One of the main concerns regarding flexible pipe integrity is the condition of the annulus; a flooded annulus can lead to excessive corrosion and can reduce the fatigue life of the armor layers.
