HPHT Subsea Tree - Oil & Gas Production Systems | OneSubsea

HPHT Subsea Tree System

Deployed worldwide, rated to 15,000 psi and 350 degF

Our long history of designing and delivering high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) subsea systems worldwide includes the Gulf of Mexico, North Sea, and Caspian regions. Our current offering of HPHT subsea trees includes 10,000-psi and 15,000-psi systems rated up to 350 degF [177 degC] and in horizontal and vertical monobore tree configurations. We continue to innovate with our 20,000-psi subsea systems technology, leveraging Cameron 10,000-psi and 15,000-psi BOP and 25,000-psi HPHT surface tree technology.

Advantages

  • Leverages a strong foundation of Cameron HPHT gate valve technology
  • Uses patented metal-to-metal K-seals, ML-2, and dual-elastomer seals, which are API Spec 17D and Annex-F qualified at the full rated temperatures and pressure to meet HPHT requirements
